Our refund policy is that once you buy the app you have 3 (three) days to use it. Several applications have a 3 (three) day FREE trial period to ensure that it works on your system.

We are not responsible for any program that becomes unusable due to your inability to upgrade your OS (Operating System).

We offer full support by clicking the link marked support, if no support tickets are requested and you claim that the applications do not work, you will receive no refund of any amount.

Support must be requested via the support ticket system initially. Thereafter we may switch to email or an instant messenger. We may require screen shots to see what settings you are using, or, we may require a TeamViewer session to diagnos the problem.
